History/Background:

Allen Hsu is currently the vice executive officer of Yulon Group Headquarters; a position he has held since 1989. Since 1989, Yulon Group has grown from $3 billion of revenue and $300 million of net income to over $9 billion of revenue and $800 milliom of net income in 2004. Mr. Hsu has lead much of Yulon's expansion into auto-related affiliates and diversification into high technology businesses. He is the chairman of the board of directors of Pac-Link Management Corp. and serves as a board member of several affiliates including Altek Technology Corp., Taiwan Mask Corp., and Century-Myson Semiconductor Corp.. Mr. Hsu established Pac-Link Management Corp. in 1997 to support the business expansion of Yulon into high technology companies within Taiwan.

Mr. Hsu earned a BS in Management Science from Chiao Tung University in Taiwan and an MBA degree from Cheng-Chi University in Taiwan.
