Myson Technology Announces Acquisition of Century Semiconductor

5/18-Myson Technology Inc. (5314) today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Century Semiconductor Inc. Century Semiconductor is a fabless IC design house that designs, develops and markets mixed digital analogue IC, digital signal process and embedded micro-control system. The developed products include Fiber-Optic and Communication IC, TFT-LCD Driver IC, CMOS Image Sensor, Voice Recognition Device, DSP Engine Development Chip and Multi-media Application IC.
